This assignment list should be used as a guide, NOT as a replacement for the students' agenda books. PLEASE refer to your child's agenda for the most up-to-date listing of assignments.

Homework is assigned on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays. Assignments are usually not given over weekends, unless a student needs to make up work that was not completed during the school week. This does not include studying and reading. Students are encouraged to review the weekly
concepts and to continue independent reading during weekends.
Spelling and Math will be assigned every night. Occasionally students will be required to complete reading assignments as well. Please refer to the student agenda for the most up-to-date information on required assignments.
Homework should take students less than 50 minutes to complete. This does not include independent reading. Students are expected to read at least 20 minutes every night.
